Wizzle Lab  PRIVACY POLICY
Your trust matters to us. We keep it simple no confusing legal walls, no shady data practices. Just an honest breakdown of how WizzleLab handles your information.

01  WHO WE ARE

02  WHAT WE COLLECT

Just what we actually need nothing more We’re a small team, not a data mining operation. Here’s what gets collected and why: → Your name and email address needed to create your account, send your order confirmation, and deliver your download links for things like your mockup bundle or logo pack. → Payment information we never see your full card number. Payments go through secure third-party processors (like Stripe or visa) who handle everything. We only receive confirmation that a payment went through. → Your purchase history so we know which products you’ve bought (e.g. the Reels Bundle or the Ultimate Design Pack) and can sort out any support or re-download requests without making you jump through hoops. → Device and browser info basic stuff like what browser you’re using and your rough location (country-level). This helps us understand if something’s broken on mobile or desktop.→ Usage data which pages you visit, how long you spend on the product pages, what you click on. We use this to improve the shop if nobody’s clicking on a particular POD bundle category, maybe we need to make it easier to find. We don’t buy data from third parties. We don’t build advertising profiles. We don’t sell your email address to anyone.

03 HOW WE USE YOUR INFO

To run the shop. That’s pretty much it. Every piece of data we collect has a specific, practical reason: → To deliver your products when you buy a Canva template pack or a mockup bundle, we use your email to send the download link. No email, no download. → To handle support requests if your POD file download fails or you bought the wrong pack, we need your order info to fix it fast. → To send you product updates or new launches only if you’ve opted in. We occasionally send emails when we drop a new reel bundle or a fresh logo collection. You can unsubscribe anytime from the bottom of those emails, no questions asked. → To improve the shop understanding what products people actually usehelps us make better packs. If the Ultimate Pack is a bestseller but nobody re-downloads the older mockup sets, that tells us something. → To prevent fraud digital products are easy to abuse. We monitor for unusual purchase patterns to protect both our shop and our genuine customers.

 04  DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & LICENSES

Once you download it, it’s yours within the license Since everything we sell is a digital file (templates, bundles, POD designs, etc.), there are no shipping addresses, no physical deliveries, and no tracking of where you live beyond what’s needed for tax compliance in certain regions. Each product comes with a license (personal use, commercial use, or extended check the product page). We don’t monitor how you use your downloaded files day-to-day, but we do track whether a license has been activated to prevent one purchase being shared across hundreds of accounts. Bought a logo bundle or Canva template? Your license is tied to your WizzleLab account. If you ever need to re-download, just log in your purchase history is always there.

05  COOKIES

Yes, we use cookies. Here’s the honest version. Not the delicious kind, unfortunately. Here’s what’s actually running: → Essential cookies these keep you logged in and make the cart work. Without these, the shop literally can’t function. → Analytics cookies we use tools like Google Analytics to see traffic patterns. This data is anonymised and helps us know which product categories (mockups, reel bundles, etc.) people are most interested in. → Preference cookies  things like remembering your currency or language preference if we offer that in future. You’ll see a cookie banner when you first land on the site. You can decline non-essential cookies and the shop will still work fine for browsing though you’ll need to accept essentials if you want to check out.

06  WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA

With a short list  and it’s not what you’d expect We don’t have a secret list of 47 advertising partners. Here’s who actually sees your data:→ Payment processors  to handle your transaction securely. They have their own privacy policies and are very much not allowed to use your payment data for anything else. → Email platforms  we use an email service (like Mailchimp or similar) to send your order confirmations and, if you’ve opted in, occasional product announcements. They store your email address on our behalf. → Analytics tools  anonymised usage data goes to tools like Google Analytics. No personal identifying info is passed here. → Legal requirement  if a court or government authority legally requires us to hand over data, we have to comply. We’d tell you if we could. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising purposes. We do not give it to random third parties because it’s “industry standard.” It’s not something we do.

07 HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Not forever. Only as long as it makes sense. Your account information stays on file as long as your account is active mainly so you can always re-download your purchased files (nobody wants to lose their 200-template Canva bundle because we deleted their account). If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except for what we’re legally required to keep (like purchaserecords for tax purposes, which we hold for 7 years in line with standard f inancial record keeping). Analytics and usage data is typically aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.

08  YOUR RIGHTS

You’re in control. Here’s how to use that. → Access your data you can ask us to show you what information we hold about you. → Fix incorrect info if your name or email is wrong on your account, just update it or ask us to. → Delete your account want out? Email us and we’ll remove your account and personal data. Note: you’ll lose access to your purchase history and redownload links, so download everything first. → Unsubscribe from emails every marketing email from us has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list. Transactional emails (like order confirmations) can’t be turned off since they’re part of the purchase process. → Data portability if you want a copy of your data in a readable format, ask us and we’ll put it together for you.

09 SECURITY

We take this seriously, not just as a checkbox All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL encryption). Passwords are hashed meaning even we can’t see your password. Payment details never touch our servers directly. We keep our platforms updated and run access controls so not everyone on the team can see customer data. That said no system is 100% bulletproof. If something ever happens, we’ll notify affected customers as quickly as we possibly can. We won’t try to bury it.

10  CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change something, we’ll actually tell you We’ll update this page if our practices change and if it’s something significant (like a new data sharing arrangement), we’ll email registered customers to let them know. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the shop after a policy change means you’re okay with the new terms.

11  QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS

We’re real people. Just reach out. Got a question about your data, want to delete your account, or just want to know something that isn’t covered here? Reach out directly you’ll hear back from an actual human, not an automated response system. WizzleLab Privacy Enquiries For anything related to this privacy policy, your account data, or your purchases (mockups, Canva templates, logo bundles, reel bundles, ultimate packs, or POD files).

12 REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital, all sales are final

All products sold at WizzleLab  including Canva templates, logo bundles, mockups, reel bundles, POD files, and ultimate design packs  are digital downloads.

Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

Before purchasing, we encourage you to carefully review:

  • Product descriptions

  • Previews and samples

  • License details

If you face any technical issue (like download errors or missing files), we’re happy to help and make sure you get full access to what you purchased.
